Timeline

6 - 12 months out

  • Inquire on our website 
  • Discovery video call to discuss your vision and details
  • Pay $500 Retainer & Sign contract to officially book your date on my calendar (separate from invitation retainer)
  • You gather ideas and save inspiration on Pinterest (Make sure your Pinterest board is public so we can view it! You can view my inspiration Pinterest board here)
  • Establish your moodboard and colors with your planner

3 months out

  • Check in call with you and your planner 
  • Begin your Mockups and proofing rounds (three rounds of proofing are included)

MONTH OF WEDDING

  • Materials are ordered 2-3 WEEKS OUT 
  • Final wording is due 3 WEEKS OUT (including your seating chart)
  • Final payment is due 2 WEEKS OUT

WEEK OF WEDDING

  • I check in with your planner for finalized timeline, floorplan and delivery instructions 
  • If you've opted out of Delivery & Set Up by the Script on This Team, your signage will be ready for pickup the THURSDAY BEFORE
  • If you've opted out of Delivery & Set Up by the Script on This Team, all rentals are due by the TUESDAY AFTER your wedding

Included in our Services

On average, couples spend between $3,500 and $8,000 for their day-of signage.

For couples in 2026, our minimum investment is set at $2,000.

Typically, design and project management fees account for about 20% of the total project cost in addition to the cost of your deliverables.

  • Support from me via email Google Drive, and phone as needed
  • Timeline creation and management of all deadlines
  • Examples and suggestions on wording and etiquette for both invitations and day of signage
  • Easy-to-use shared Google templates for your wording, guest list, and details
  • Custom design of all items, including sketches and mockups as needed, ensuring that everything is visually cohesive
  • Sourcing of all materials
  • Signage checklist
  • A custom proposal with unique ideas based on your wedding style
  • Up to two consult calls with you and your planner, but we typically only need one
  • Communication and collaboration between your other vendors as needed
