How does this work?

  • 3 - 12 months out. Late bookings or add on’s may be possible, but reach out as soon as possible to ensure availabilty!

  • Pay our $500 retainer and sign our contract

  • Once you’re booked we’ll send you a link to our design questionnaire so we can create our proposal.

  • We’ll create a proposal for you based on your inquiry and questionnaire. This is where the fun starts!

  • Gather any additional ideas for our one month check in.

  • At the one month mark we’ll have a pow wow and finalize all the details. We’ll make any needed adjustments and send you V2 of the proposal.

  • All final wording is due 14 days prior to event, including your seating chart details! Delays in getting wording to Script on This may result in signage not being done it time for event.

  • Once we’ve agreed upon the scope, and have all wording in hand, we’ll start production. Production start date may vary depending on the scope.

  • 7 days prior to event we’ll send you the final invoice. You can pay via credit card, bank transfer, or venmo.

  • Materials are available for pick up 3 days prior to event in Silverton, Or. but must be arranged prior. Meeting at a half way point or delivery are also available for an additional fee.

  • Rentals are to be returned within 3 days of the event if you’ve chosen to skip on delivery. A late fee may be applied for any rentals returned outside of that window. 

You may be wondering….

  • Easels and stands are available upon request as long as they’re in stock for your date and are included for free with sign rentals/purchase.

  • Do you have something you just need lettering on? Feel free to bring it to me and I'll only charge you for the writing!

  • ​Rentals can be picked up within 3 days before your wedding date and are to be returned within three after. If you need additional time or those timelines don’t work for you, let us know prior so we can make some sort of arrangement. A late fee may be applied for any rentals returned outside of that window. You may be able to purchase the items from me if you don’t want to worry about returning them.

  • ​For any items returned broken or damaged, you may be asked to compensate. 

  • ​Weddings should be booked at least two months in advance but late bookings or add-ons are sometimes possible. Please inquire as soon as possible!
